Clothing & Accessories

All clothing and accessories are eligible for returns and a refund within 7 days of receipt of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, all items purchased must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags still attached to the product(s). 

To initiate a return for your purchase, please send us an email at bonospera@gmail.com with your order number, the name of the product(s) and the reason why it did not work out for you.

We are unfortunately unable to process exchanges for online orders at this time.

We ship out all of our products with a PREPAID return shipping label. Once we have approved your return for a refund, please ship us back the product using the label.

Clothing and accessories purchased from our retail location must be returned to the location of purchase, in accordance with the location’s return policy.

Skincare & Cosmetics

In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase of a skincare or cosmetics product, please send us an email at bonospera@gmail.com within 15 days of receipt of your package, with your order number, the name of the product(s) and the reason why it didn't work out for you.

We ship out all of our products with a PREPAID return shipping label. Once we have approved your return for a refund, please ship us back the product using the label.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any of our skincare and cosmetics products.

All sheet masks are final sale.
